1. What we offer

Everyday AI is an online course that teaches everyday people how to use AI tools, delivered through our website, with optional coaching sessions on some plans. It's educational: we show you how to use tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Claude — we don't provide the tools themselves.

2. Your account

• You need an account to access the course. Please give accurate information and keep your password private.
• Your account and course access are for you alone — please don't share your login or let others use it.
• You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at hello@eaicourse.com if you think someone else has access.

3. Prices & payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars and may change, but a change never affects a purchase you've already made.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
• Discount codes are applied at checkout and are subject to any limits or expiry we set.

4. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. The full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Your access to the course

• When you buy a course, we give you a personal, non-transferable license to access and learn from it for your own use.
• Please don't copy, record, resell, publish, or share the course materials, or use them to build a competing product.
• We may improve, update, or reorganise the course over time. We aim to keep your access available, but we may need to change or discontinue parts of it.

6. Coaching sessions

Some plans include one-to-one coaching. Sessions are scheduled by arrangement and are general, educational guidance on using AI tools. They are not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

7. Third-party tools

Our course teaches you to use tools made by other companies (for example ChatGPT by OpenAI, Gemini by Google, and Claude by Anthropic). We're not affiliated with them, and your use of those tools is governed by their own terms. AI can be confidently wrong — always double-check anything important before relying on it.

8. Acceptable use

Please use Everyday AI lawfully and respectfully. Don't attempt to break, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service, and don't use it to harm others.

9. Educational purpose & disclaimer

Everyday AI is provided for general education "as is". We've built it with care, but we can't guarantee specific results, that it will be error-free, or that it will always be available without interruption.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Everyday AI and its owner won't be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Ending your access

You can stop using the service any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly broken (for example, sharing your login or redistributing the course).

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Florida will have jurisdiction over any disputes.
