This policy explains what personal information Everyday AI ("we", "us"), operated by [Your Legal Business Name], collects at eaicourse.com, why we collect it, and who helps us run the service. We've tried to write it in plain English.

The short version: we collect the minimum we need to give you your account and course — your name, email, and a record of your purchases. We never see or store your card details, we don't show ads, and we don't sell your information.

1. What we collect

Account details: your name and email, and a securely scrambled ("hashed") version of your password — we can't see your actual password.
Purchase records: which plan you bought, the amount, the date, and any discount code used. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe or PayPal — they never touch our servers.
Messages you send us: if you use the contact form or email us, we keep that message so we can help you.
Basic technical data: ordinary server logs needed to run and secure the site.

2. Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you securely logged in. That's it — no advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't build a marketing profile of you.

3. How we use your information

To create your account and give you access to the course you bought.
To send you essential emails — a welcome message and your purchase receipt.
To answer your questions and provide support.
To keep the service secure and working properly.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share only what's needed with the trusted providers that help us run Everyday AI:

Stripe and PayPal — to process payments securely.
Brevo — to deliver our emails (welcome and receipts).
Zoho Mail — our own email inbox, if you write to us.
Render (hosting) and Neon (database) — to run the website and store your account securely.

Each of these processes your information only to provide their service to us, under their own privacy and security commitments.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account information for as long as you have an account, and purchase records for as long as we need them for legal and accounting reasons. Ask us to delete your account any time (see below).

6. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — just email hello@eaicourse.com and we'll take care of it.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and payment details never reach our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take sensible steps to protect your information.

8. Children

Everyday AI is intended for adults and isn't directed to children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

9. Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date above. Significant changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
